Questions

It is a private record for a family or a learning centre. Parents and supervisors file workbook scores, photos, notes, goal cards, attendance, and extra activities. The site then shows where a learner stands for their age.

No. The Learning Folder is an independent record. It is not made, owned, or approved by Accelerated Christian Education or School of Tomorrow. Saving their workbook numbers here does not mean those organisations endorse this app.

A PACE is one workbook. A level is the twelve workbooks of one school year. Expected level is only an age guide: the child’s age on 1 September, minus 5. It does not move the child.

Kindergarten workbooks are RR01 to RR12. They come before Level 1. Level 1, PACE 1 is workbook 1001. Maths 1050 and English 1050 are the same year and the same place in that year. They are not the same work.

Levels 1 to 7, workbooks 1001–1084, are before the certificates. Levels 8 and 9, workbooks 1085–1108, are the General Certificate band. Level 10, workbooks 1109–1120, is Intermediate. Level 11, workbooks 1121–1132, is Advanced. Level 12, workbooks 1133–1144, is Advanced Higher. Finishing a band does not award the certificate. The issuing body does that after an application and moderation. This record is only the family’s copy.

A parent files and views their own children. A supervisor can correct the record. An admin can see the learners in that family or centre. Only the master admin holds the subscription, payment methods, and cancellation. The Special Universal Master runs the site. A paying centre is asked before that login opens learner records. A complimentary centre is already open to that login.

It lasts 30 days and needs no card. A family can add 2 learners. A learning centre can add 10. Every feature is open during that month, including export, print, and download. Set Family or learning centre on the Centre page. A sample learner does not count toward the 2 or the 10.

Nothing is deleted. Learners, files, notes, and people stay. You can still read the records and the reports. Adding, changing, export, print, and download wait until there is a subscription. When you subscribe, you carry on from the same files.

A family plan covers up to 4 children. A centre plan is priced as one family price for every four places, with no cheaper rate for a larger roll. A year is ten months. Only the master admin chooses the plan, changes a payment method, or authorises a payment. Parents, supervisors, and other admins do not see the price.

They stay on the fee for three months after the last score that completed that certificate band, so the family can adjust and the learner can decide whether to carry on. If they have not started the next certificate by then, including an Advanced certificate, the fee no longer includes them. The folder stays. This does not award a certificate.

It is not charged, and it is not on the free month. Learners, export, and print stay open. Only the Special Universal Master can mark a family complimentary, change that, or remove it. A discount is for a family that is charged. The two are not used together.

Open Records. Choose the level first, then the learner. Kindergarten is RR. Levels 1 to 7 stay as they are. From Level 8 the certificate name sits beside the level. You can also search by name and sort A to Z or Z to A. PDF, Word, the spreadsheet, and print use the learners on screen.

Yes. Attendance can be marked present, absent, holiday, sick, excused, or not excused. Each mark can also say which subject was done, the workbook, and the pages. Records then shows those lines with the scores and goal cards.

A goal card is part of the day’s work, including a study-at-home week. It is not expected on a holiday. The usual practice is still to keep the goal card with the workbooks.

Yes. A learner who joins already on a higher level can have earlier workbooks filed, including kindergarten RR books for a learner now on Level 1. The folder keeps the year, the term, and the score.

On the learner’s folder, Take a picture opens the camera. Choose a picture opens the gallery. Each upload is stamped. Photos stay in the folder. A PDF or Word copy lists them, but it does not include the image itself.

With Apple, Google, Facebook, or an email and password. No payment details are asked when the account is created. An invitation is accepted by signing in with that same email.

Each registration is locked to the country of the connection. A person in one market cannot use another market’s registration, including through a VPN, a proxy, or Tor. Those addresses are refused.

The introduction and the price can be shown in English, French, German, Dutch, or Spanish. Learner records and the law notes stay in English.

A parent sees their own children. A supervisor and an admin see the learners their clearance allows. Scores and notes are stored for the family. The law watch page is a summary for the country on the account. It is not legal advice.

Aide looks at the scores already filed and suggests the next step for that learner. It does not award a certificate and it does not change a score. Ruby answers questions about how this site works. Ruby does not see a learner’s scores and does not change a record.
